- Wooden pallets are made from raw wood, which undergoes drying and shaping treatment, followed by finishing processes such as cutting, planing, end-trimming, edge-cutting, and sanding to form profile panels. These profile panels are bound into semi-finished pallets using anti-loosening nails, and finally, finishing, anti-slip treatment, and wax sealing are carried out. - The product uses Russian larch and Scotch pine as raw wood materials. The raw wood has moderate hardness and high bending and shearing strength. - Wooden pallets are currently the most widely used pallets. They mainly serve as horizontal platform devices for unit-loaded goods and products, and are used for containerization, stacking, handling, and transportation.
